Pimm's Winter uses the No.3 Brandy Cup mixed with additional zest of orange and spices. A simple serve which mixes one part Pimm's Winter with three parts Ginger Ale, garnished with orange and lemon slices and 4 pieces of ice. A more complex serve which also adds red apple and a selection of berries (blackberry, blueberry and cranberry).
